REFUND POLICY

Your right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, without giving any reason.

How to return an item

1. Contact us within this period via the contact form or at contact@coeliaparfums.com, quoting your order number.
2. We will send you the return address by email.
3. Send the item back no later than 14 days after informing us, carefully packed. Return costs are your responsibility.

Refund

We refund your entire order, including the initial delivery costs (based on standard delivery), within 14 days of your request at the latest. This period may be extended until we receive the item or your proof of shipment. The refund is made using the payment method used for the order.

Unsealed bottles can be neither refunded nor exchanged, for reasons of hygiene (article L. 221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code). To be returned, the bottle must be sealed and in its original packaging.

Defective or damaged item

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us with your order number and a photo. We will replace or refund it, and return costs will then be covered by us. In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantees described in our terms and conditions of sale.
