Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 business hours, by Colissimo.
Delivery times and costs

Below €15 and for any delivery outside mainland France, costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Order tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with your Colissimo tracking link. Tracking may take a few days to activate after shipment.
Uncollected parcels
A parcel not collected from the post office or pick-up point is kept for 15 days before being returned. A new shipment may then be charged.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped by contacting us via the contact form. After shipment, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal.
