What is an extrait de parfum?
An extrait de parfum is the most concentrated form of fragrance, above eau de parfum and eau de toilette. Its richness in raw materials gives it an intense presence and a beautiful evolution on the skin. Dinajpur and Cap Spartel are extraits de parfum, presented in a 100 ml bottle.
Who is behind COELIA PARFUMS?
COELIA PARFUMS is a French niche perfume house founded in Paris in 2023 by Billel Fathallah, known as the « Voyageur Olfactif ». Each fragrance was born from a place and a personal memory: a chai discovered in Dinajpur, Bangladesh, or the light of Cape Spartel in Tangier. Discover our story.
Where can I smell COELIA perfumes before buying?
Our extraits de parfum are available in several niche perfumeries in France: Paris, Villepinte, Bordeaux, Versailles, Pau and Reims. Find the addresses on our stockists page.
How much does delivery cost?
In mainland France, delivery is free on orders from €15. For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order is shipped within 48 business hours by Colissimo. Allow 4 to 7 days for delivery in mainland France. For international orders, the delivery time is shown at checkout.
How can I track my order? What if I'm not home?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your Colissimo tracking link; tracking may take a few days to activate. If you are not home at delivery, your parcel is left at a post office or pick-up point, where it is kept for 15 days.
I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible via the contact form: if the order has not shipped yet, we will correct the address. Once the parcel has left, we can no longer change it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been shipped: contact us via the contact form. After shipment, you can exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Can I return a perfume?
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item, provided the bottle is sealed and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, an unsealed bottle can be neither refunded nor exchanged. Return costs are your responsibility. See our returns policy.
My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the parcel and the product. We will replace or refund it, and return costs will then be covered by us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Other methods may be offered depending on your country. Payment is secure: your bank details are processed by our payment providers and are never shared with us.
How should I apply my perfume?
Spray your extrait about twenty centimetres from the skin, on warm areas: the base of the neck, wrists, behind the ears. Avoid rubbing your wrists together, which speeds up the evaporation of the top notes. As an extrait is highly concentrated, one or two sprays are enough.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep your bottle tightly closed, away from direct light, heat and humidity: avoid the bathroom, for example. In these conditions, your perfume keeps all its qualities.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your code in the « Discount code » field at checkout: the discount is applied automatically to your order.
