General Conditions of Sale
1. Preamble These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the sale of the 100ml perfume for 205 euros including tax and delivery (hereinafter “the Product”) offered by PARFUMS COELIA as a self-employed entrepreneur.
2. Price and Payment The price of the Product is 205 euros including VAT, delivery included. Payment is made exclusively by credit card. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
3. Delivery Delivery is free within 5 working days throughout France. Delivery times are indicative and PARFUMS COELIA cannot be held responsible for any delays.
4. Right of Withdrawal In accordance with the law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, the buyer must contact contact@coelia-parfums.com and return the unopened Product in its original packaging. The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Warranty The Product is guaranteed in accordance with current regulations. For any complaints, please contact contact@coelia-parfums.com.
